Signatories to the Code

The Code is supported by Wine Grape Growers Australia, the Winemakers' Federation of Australia and the Federal Government's Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

Its aim is to establish a common Australian wine grape supply contract framework and to provide an efficient, non-legal dispute resolution system to make for better long-term commercial relationships.

Signatories to the Code agree to be bound by its provisions.
